Shipping Method & Rates
We currently offer Standard Shipping for all orders placed on our store. It’s the best balance between affordability and reliability.
- Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service)
- Shipping Rate: Flat rate of $8.95 USD per order
- Delivery Area: We currently ship to the United States and Canada
Order Processing
Once you place your order, our fulfillment team starts preparing it right away.
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation
- During busy seasons or promotional events, processing may take a little longer, but we always do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation with your USPS tracking details once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Transit Time: 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Total Delivery Time: 6–12 business days (processing + transit)
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Toronto)
While most packages arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can happen due to weather, carrier volume, or other unforeseen factors. If your order is delayed, we’ll do everything we can to assist you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you’ll receive a USPS tracking number via email.
You can use it on the Track Your Order page to check your order’s progress and estimated delivery date anytime.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We’re unable to change addresses once the order is shipped, and incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or lost packages.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Although rare, if your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected time, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll coordinate with USPS to investigate and help resolve the issue quickly.
